Obed was born on the 31st of August, 2015, with a promising future ahead of him. At birth, he was a healthy baby, and life seemed to be on the right track for him and his family. At just 2 years old, Obed’s life faced yet another challenge when he began to experience epileptic seizures. His family struggled to understand what was happening and feared for his well-being. As the seizures became more frequent, Obed’s condition started to limit his ability to sit up and walk properly, and it became evident that he was dealing with left hemiparesis, a condition that affects movement on one side of the body.
Obed’s mother, already overwhelmed by the challenges her son was facing, found herself in a difficult financial situation. She was deeply concerned about the lack of resources to cover the cost of anti-epileptic medications and the necessary therapy services that would help Obed lead a better life.
