Born on 1st October 2015 as the third of five children, Souvenir developed spastic cerebral palsy due to birth asphyxia, affecting his motor abilities. Financial and transportation barriers had interrupted his therapy for years, limiting his development.
Through Love with Actions’ home-based therapy, combining occupational and physiotherapy, Souvenir has made remarkable progress, sitting independently and showing motivation and joy during sessions. His family was also empowered with goats for income generation and manure for their kitchen garden, which enhanced their livelihood and boosted Souvenir’s confidence.
Souvenir’s journey is a testament to perseverance, accessible care, and family support, proving that children with disabilities can thrive when given consistent therapy, love, and empowerment.
