Fiston is a five year old boy born with bow legs.  When Fiston was born,  his father abandoned him, his mother, and his three siblings. Because prejudice against the disabled is so prevalent in Rwanda, all their neighbors agreed with his decision to abandon them.  Since coming to Love with actions, his mother has gained back some of the hope she had lost. LWA is able to provide medication and therapy for Fiston, and his mother hopes that next year he might even be able to go to school.
