Emmanuel Cyuzuzo was born on April 30, 2026, into the loving family of Jeanne and Francois. A bright and handsome boy, Emmanuel is the second of four children. From the very start, his journey has been marked by courage and resilience.
Emmanuel was born with Cerebral Palsy, a condition that affected his ability to control his muscles and movements. In his early years, he faced many challenges — he could not control his head, sit, or stand on his own. His family struggled deeply to meet his growing medical and therapeutic needs. Sadly, burdened by poverty and overwhelmed by societal stigma, Emmanuel’s father left the family, unable to cope with the shame and difficulties that came with raising a child with disabilities.
Despite these hardships, Emmanuel’s story is one of hope. When he was introduced to LWA Center, everything began to change. At LWA, Emmanuel received the compassionate care he so desperately needed. Through dedicated physical therapy (PT) and occupational therapy (OT), he is making steady progress. The team at LWA works hand-in-hand with Emmanuel, helping him build strength, improve mobility, and gain greater independence every day.
Today, Emmanuel continues to smile brightly and work hard, surrounded by a community that believes in him. His journey is a testament to resilience, love, and the power of support — proving that with the right care and encouragement, every child can thrive.
