Justine was born on December 6, 2012 — a beautiful baby girl whose bright spirit was evident from the start. At just a few months old, Justine faced a life-threatening challenge when she fell into a coma that lasted two long weeks. When she awoke, her family learned she had been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. In that moment, they knew their journey would be different — and they resolved to do everything they could to help her thrive.
Six years ago, Justine became part of the Love With Actions (LWA) family. Since then, her life has been filled with compassion, care, and meaningful support. Through LWA’s nutrition program, Justine has received the nourishment her body needs to grow stronger. With the help of regular occupational and physical therapy, she has gained small but remarkable abilities — though she is still very small for her age and unable to walk, she can now lift her hands to greet familiar faces and share her radiant smile.
Justine attends Good Shepherd Academy, located on the Love With Actions campus. Here, she is not only educated but deeply valued. The school provides her with a safe space to socialize, learn, and be empowered every day. Thanks to the ongoing generosity of LWA donors, Justine also receives essential seizure medication and enjoys two nutritious meals daily while at school.
Beyond the classroom, the impact stretches further. While Justine is at school, her mother has time to work and contribute to the family income, giving them a stronger foundation for the future.
Justine’s story is one of resilience, love, and community. Her smiles today are a testament to what is possible when compassionate hearts come together. Thank you to every donor and supporter who makes this journey possible — you are changing lives.
