Born on August 8, 2020, Darren came into the world with a bright spirit and a gentle smile that could light up any room. But from the very beginning, Darren faced challenges that many of us could hardly imagine. Diagnosed with rickets and a severe Vitamin D deficiency, Darren developed a condition known as knock knees (genu valgum), which affects the alignment of his legs and makes walking, running, and playing difficult.

Despite these hardships, Darren’s resilience and courage have inspired everyone around him. His days are filled with dreams of running freely, playing with his friends, and living a life without pain — dreams that are now closer than ever to becoming reality.

Darren is currently awaiting a life-changing surgery that will correct the alignment of his legs and open up new possibilities for his future. This surgery is being made possible through the incredible support of Love With Actions and its generous community of donors.
