Fred Cyusa, born on July 23, 2010, to Thérèse and Venant, grew up in a humble family facing many challenges. Diagnosed with idiopathic autism and bilateral foot deformities, he later developed seizures at age four. Due to poverty and lack of awareness, his family initially sought help from traditional healers and faced community stigma and painful rumors.
Fred’s life began to improve after joining the Love With Actions (LWA) program, which connected him to proper medical care, therapy, and education. With medication, orthotic support, and regular Physical and Occupational Therapy, Fred made significant progress. Today, he is a thriving student at Love With Actions Academy—a testament to the power of care, inclusion, and early intervention in transforming a child’s life.
